unexpected delight

This BBQ sauce was absolutely delightful. Thick enough to stay put without it being a blob. The taste really was a cross between candy and heat. Different profile taste than I was expecting. Will be ordering more.

Alabama Twinkie!

Did a spin off the TX Twinkie: Smoked chicken with cream cheese mixture inside a large jalapeños. Encased that with some deer breakfast sausage. Hit is with the rubs and wrapped with bacon. Smoked them and add BBQ sauce at the end. They were a crowd pleaser. Will be ordering more. War Eagl
