Refund policy

We want you to love your I Cook You Look gear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

How to Start a Return:

1. Email our team at icylorders@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

 

Please note:

• Sale or clearance items are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
